The vision of Gareth Pugh for ss11 seems to be that of an androgynous woman belonging to a science fiction futuristic era!
Clearly cleaner compared with his other impressive collections, and surprising in a new different way. I really appreciate the contrast between the wide jackets and the straight and skinnier trousers.
But the real cool idea that you may not know about is that the whole collection has been presented in the absence of photographers, and through a video-runway realized by video maker Ruth Hogben!
Now the first thing I'm thinking about is which crazy idea will the talented Saint Martins graduated propose for his next collection. I'll look forward to see it…
